CutRuler is a small independent site published by Ecomparadise, LLC and edited by Alex. Every message is read by a person.
Good reasons to write
- Bug reports. Include the page URL, your browser and device, and what you expected to happen. A screenshot of the status message helps.
- Corrections. If a guide is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where; we fix confirmed errors and update the date on the page.
- Feature requests. Formats, languages or presets you would like to see.
- Privacy questions. See the Privacy Policy first; we are happy to explain anything it does not answer.
What we cannot help with
- Recovering files: we never receive them, so we cannot restore or re-send them.
- Legal, medical, immigration or financial advice.
- Paid placements or link exchanges.
Please do not email us personal documents, recordings or private information. We aim to reply within a few business days.
